Shipping Terms and Conditions
As a service to our customers, all standard ground shipments are free of charge regardless of weight or location. Ground shipping speeds do not correspond to any specific carrier-branded shipping services.
For expedited delivery, NFI Parts provides several shipping options through UPS at discounted pricing, depending on speed, weight/size of the product, and the then-current UPS domestic rate structure. Shipping options will be available before completion of checkout.

*Order delivery estimates are subject to availability and ship-from location. Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 8pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Some restrictions prevent shipping certain products to specific geographical locations. Customers will be notified at checkout if a product cannot be shipped.
Delivery is not available to PO boxes.
Return Policy
NFI Parts will accept returns of parts purchased from NFI Parts only if accompanied by a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) within 3 months of issuance.
In Transit Issues
Items lost or damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to allow carrier claim processing.
Stocked Returns (Within 30 Days)
- 15% restocking fee
- Customer responsible for return freight
Stocked Returns (31–90 Days)
- 30% restocking fee
- Customer responsible for return freight
Non-Stocked Returns (Within 90 Days)
- 30% restocking fee
- Special approval required
Items Never Accepted for Return
Glass, electronics, electric harnesses, rubber products, and hazardous materials.
