*Pre Install Inspection: Inspect metal components to verify they are free of defects such as scratches, and dents and validate all parts are in the kit before installation.

1) - Visually inspect the hinge post to ensure it is plum.

2) - Inspect and test the latch mechanism for proper function (opening and closing).
Comments
3) - If sliding glass, inspect the sash operation (smooth movement and locking indexing).

4) - Ensure all the mounting bolts are installed and properly secured.

5) - Verify components do not interfere with the farebox operations (including vault door, service panels, etc.).

6) - Installation area is left clean of debris after completion of work.
